Diffusing Ponderosa Essential Oil with a diffuser also helps to clarify and purify the air in your home or work place. It will bring the fresh purity of mountain air into your house. A word of caution: Ponderosa Essential Oil is heating and drying, so diffusion of it needs to be limited, maybe to 15 minutes per day. Even though it is soothing and healing to the airways in limited amounts, overdosing will irritate the airways with too much dry heat, and may cause a dry cough.
