Powerful Meditation Technique To Manifest Your Desires

Meditation techniques for use in law of attraction differ to traditional ways. Now there really is a way to enjoy meditation, not just while contorted in hours of pain.

If you are looking for inner harmony and a sense of spiritual oneness with the universe you can always stick to the conventional methods. When you desire to heighten your manifesting powers then this is the only way you can do it successfully.

Even if you are totally busy, this method can be done easily no matter where you are, once you grasp the technique which is given below.

Most of you would be familiar with the cross legged posture done during meditation. If you are not comfortable striking this posture you can always try sitting straight or better still lie down in a supine posture. This can be done when you are on the move travelling in a plane or train. For the sitting posture keep your spine erect in line with the neck and tuck in your chin slightly.

The knuckles of your left hand should be placed on the right palm with the thumbs of both hands touching slightly. The right palm should hold the left in a firm and embracing manner.

The breathing method during meditation differs from person to person. Some use their nose to inhale and exhale, some use the mouth to exhale and the nose to inhale and there are others who use only the mouth to do both inhalation and exhalation. You can pick any one method you are comfortable with but should adhere to it strictly throughout the meditation process. The belly should move outward while inhaling and inward while exhaling.

Here is a breathing meditation practice, sit up with your back is straight, inhale and hold the breath as long as you feel comfortable for a slow count of three, and then exhale through the mouth. The secret is not to force the air to stay inside of you, let it penetrate deep within you.

You have to now practice this constantly, being aware of your breathing every time you inhale and exhale. Start counting each inhalation and exhalation up to ten and then go back to one and begin again. You would have done five full breathing cycles while going from one to ten. Once you get the hang of it, you will start enjoying your meditation sessions.
